It’s garlicky and has a certain acidity with creamy cheese spread on the bottom.
This is my version of recipes inspired by Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck in Hawaii.
The chunks of caramelized garlic with lemon butter harmonized well which is creamy, soft, and rich.
The butter sauce neutralized the high acidity also refreshing. Also, acidity relieves saltiness and makes a perfect balance.
The shrimp are tender and succulent, while the cream cheese adds a creamy and tangy element.
Also, parsley gives a certain green and grassy aroma and peppery flavor and lemon juice gives a citrus flavour.
How can make a ’S’ curled shrimp shape?
To get perfectly curled shrimp for a dish, follow these steps!
1. Start with raw shrimp that have been peeled and cut the shrimp in half. You can use any size shrimp depending on your preference, but larger shrimp tend to curl more dramatically.
2. It is important to pat them dry with paper towels. It will help promote better searing.
3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to coat the shrimp evenly.
4. Heat a skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Make sure to leave some space between each shrimp to allow for even cooking.
5. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on one side until it begins to turn pink and starts to curl.
6. Flip the shrimp over using tongs and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side until fully cooked and curled. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp, as they can become tough and rubbery.
That’s it! You should achieve beautifully curled shrimp that not only look visually appealing but also have a delicious taste and texture.
