Stuffed mushrooms are an excellent starter for a potluck, dinner party, or holiday gathering!
They are easy to prepare and bake; juicy and meaty on the outside with full of flavor.
Furthermore, it’s low carb dishes which can perfect for keto recipes.

|Ingredients

· 6-8ea white mushrooms
· 1/2ea onion, finely chopped
· 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
· 40g parmesan cheese
· 10g parsley(freshly chopped), plus more for topping
· 5g Chili paste
· pinch of salt
· black pepper
· olive oil, for drizzle


|Directions

1. 

Prepare all ingredients.

2.
Remove stems from mushrooms.

3.
Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

4. 
In a large bowl put together onion, garlic, parsley, and grate the parmesan.

5. 
Season with chili paste, salt, and pepper. 

6. 
Mix until evenly combined.

7. 
Fill mushroom caps with filling.

8. 
Drizzle the olive oil on the mushroom top.

9. 
Fill mushroom caps with filling.

10. 
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven (180°C).
