Confit is a French cooking technique: cooking a food in fat over low heat for a long time.
Cloves become very flavorful, soft, and sweet.
You can use it on ANYTHING!!! Add it to a sandwiches, pasta, salads, and more!



400g garlic
350ml extra virgin olive oil
3 spring thyme
1 spring rosemary



Prepare all ingredients.

In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients.

When it bubbling, gently simmer in a low heat until the garlic is soft and tender; but not a golden brown. 
It might be take about 30mis to 1hour.

Let it cool and pour into a sterilized jar.
