Garlic Butter Shrimp Canapés

Garlic Butter Shrimp Canapés

This is my version of recipes inspired by Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck in Hawaii. It’s garlicky and had certain acidity with creamy cheese spread on the bottom.
The chunks of caramelized garlic with lemon butter harmonized well which is creamy, soft, and rich.
Also, parsley gives a certain green and grassy aroma and peppery flavour and lemon juice gives a citrus flavour.

☑️Tip.
You can substitute shrimp for scallops.
