Codfish Cazuela which can call as Pescado al Ajillo is so simple but flavourful one-pot dish.
You can put any ingredient in your fridge and it can serve with crostini or sourdough bread to soak up all juices.
Enjoy it with your family and friends.
I used cod but you can use any white fish such as haddock, sea bass, and more.
1/2 green onion, chopped
1/2 tomato, diced
50g garlic thinly sliced
70g cremini mushroom
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
25ml olive oil
Cut the cod into sizeable chunks.
Poach diced cod in salted water for 1-2 minutes and drain and set aside.
In a pot add olive oil and garlic and season with pinch of salt and pepper.
Add mushroom and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sautée until gets golden brown.
Add tomato and poached cod and season with fish sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Serve with crostini or sourdough bread
