Sun-dried Tomato| Air-fryer recipe

Homemade sun-dried tomatoes are also usually significantly cheaper than those expensive little jars sold at the store also, more flavourful!
It is super easy and you can just toss them in everything from salads to soups, pastas, pizzas, sandwiches, pestos and more! But best of all, they are just so incredibly flavourful!


· 250g fresh tomato
· 150ml extra-virgin olive oil
· 3 garlic cloves, sliced
· 5g herbs
· kosher salt
· black pepper


Slice the garlic.

Then, slice the tomatoes in half lengthwise.

Spread them out then season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Roast them slowly in the air fryer for about 1 hour. [165°C]

In a jar, fill with garlic and herb a little bit while tomatoes are roasting.

Transfer the sun-dried tomatoes to a jar when it finished.

Fill with olive oil until the ingredients are completely covered.
