Basil Pesto Recipe |Easy to make |Homemade
Fresh Basil Pesto is one of the most popular in Italy but all over the world.
It has tremendous flavor when mixed into pasta, salad, risotto, and more.
The good thing is it is simple to make at home!!
· 3ea garlic cloves, minced
· 200g fresh basil leaves
· 75g walnut|
· 40g pecorino cheese
· 100g grana padano
· 150ml extra-virgin olive oil
· kosher salt
· black pepper
Prepare all ingredients.
Grate the cheeses: Pecorino cheese and Grana Padano. I will mix two kinds of cheese!
Toast the walnuts for the flavor.
Wash the basil leaves..
Combine the basil, garlic, and walnuts in a food processor and pulse until chopped.
Add kosher salt, black pepper, and cheeses.
Add the olive oil and pulse until smooth.
